Official Language

English will be the official language of the Meeting. There will be no simultaneous translation.

All sessions are available to all registered participants.

Oral Presentations and Free Communications

The major experts of the field will present researches and outcomes related to different topics, and authors of the most highly ranked abstracts will be invited by the Scientific Committee to provide a short oral presentation during the appropriate thematic sessions.

Presenting authors will receive all technical information and details prior to the Meeting. Computer projection facilities (for PowerPoint presentations) will be available in the meeting rooms. Presenting authors will receive all technical information and instructions prior to the Meeting in order to ensure the smooth running of sessions.

Posters

Abstract selected for poster will be confirmed by email and presented at the Meeting in paper form in the poster area (70x100).

Registration Note: At least one author must register for the Meeting within one month after receiving notification of acceptance/presentation of the Abstract as free communication or poster.

All Abstracts should be submitted online in English through the official Meeting website. For information and questions, please refer to the Abstract page.

Audio Visual Requirements

Presentations should be done in Power Point. Speakers should express any special needs in advance.
